  • You confirm that you own the rights to use any images or artwork submitted.

  • We may refuse any content that is offensive, illegal, or infringes copyright.

4. Prices & Payment

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.

5. Production & Delivery
  • Standard production time is typically 3–5 working days.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier services.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, incorrect addresses, or events outside our control.

6. Cancellations

Because our products are personalised:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

  • If you need to make a change, contact us immediately — we will help if production has not started.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Stickpic, we want you to be happy with your order. Because our products are personalised and made to your specifications, our refund policy is slightly different from standard retail.

1. Personalised Items

All Stickpic products are custom‑made using your photos or artwork. For this reason, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect images supplied

  • Low‑resolution or poor‑quality images provided by the customer

  • Mistakes in the order details submitted by the customer

Please double‑check your order before confirming.

2. When Refunds or Replacements Are Available

We will offer a replacement or refund if:

  • The product arrives damaged

  • The product is faulty

  • The product is incorrect due to our error

  • The item is lost in transit (after courier investigation)

We may request photos of the issue to help us resolve it quickly.

3. Reporting an Issue

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
